It was very good customer service by Solly, he showed us around at the different items and also offered us additional items to take home with us for our new bed which we purchased. He also made us choose the perfect mattress for ourselves.

The sales assistant was very helpful, guiding us to the section in the store most appropriate to our needs. There was no push to encourage us to spend more money than what we wanted to.
