I was shown all of the options available in a friendly manner. I didn't feel rushed or pressurised in any way. The staff were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable

It was a very pleasant experience from the minute we walked in the store. We were greeted by Matt who was extremely knowledgable and had us analysed on the computerised beds. He was extremely patient with us whilst we went many times between 4 difference beds before finally making our decision. We were offered coffees and were made to feel nothing was too much trouble and we could take as long as we wanted making our final choice. If you want a new bed - ask for Matt!

I received fantastic customer service from the 3 men that were working in the Blackburn store when I visited it yesterday. I arrived there at 17.55 and apologised as I knew the store would be closing at 6pm. I was told not to worry at all and that they close when the customer is satisfied. VERY impressed. Never experienced this before anywhere. And, I'm a big shopper! I was given such brilliant, friendly service, I was offered a coffee or hot chocolate. I said no as it takes me too long to drink it, they then offered me a hot drink to take away with me. I only wish other businesses would visit Dreams and take note, this is how to do it

I was looking for a comfy mattress I was guided into the correct one I very impressed with the service I received, was offered a coffee several times which I kindly refused. I am looking forward to a good night's sleep , thank you Matt for the good patient service I received.

Really liked how the bed worked out the best mattress which we could focus on so we got what suited us

I was directed to a medical bed to determine what mattress type is most recommended for me which was very impressive. The gentleman helping me in store also made my mum feel welcomed too and offered us both a hot drink. The whole experience felt very relaxed and not pressured to purchase, which is a nice change.
