The guy that served us within the blackburn branch was amazing. Very friendly and listened well to our needs. We tried out the sleep match system and he showed to us to our perfect mattress for results. We found them to be very comfy and suit our need. He discussed how we laid on our pillows and showed us all the products to suit our needs. We got offered brews even our child was entertained. Thank you for a great experience

We were assisted by Solly today, who was an absolute pleasure to meet. Solly listened carefully to what we were looking for and guided us through the sleep assessment programme and then explained the mattress results to us. We were very impressed with this technology and felt that the information it gave was a good source of evidence for our needs without us having to guess what we needed. Solly then proceeded to show us a variety of mattresses and helped us to think the feel of each one through. Solly was so friendly and knowledgeable throughout, we didn't feel any type of sales pressure at all and felt very confident in his recommendations. Solly took us through finance options as well and provided us with a very satisfactory deal. We are looking very forward to receiving our new mattress. Thank you so much to Solly who made our purchase so easy and gave us the confidence to feel that we were buying the right product. We are very happy customers!
