The assistant greeted us on entering the store and shown us the range of sofa beds which we were interested in. He was polite and helpful.we decided to order the belfast sofa bed. Which we are looking forward to receiving.

Solly was very good at all his knowledge with the products,he was very friendly and made me comfortable with his politeness.He showed us the products and we tested the sleep watch which he explained how it would show us what would be suitable for us and he directed us to the mattresses which we was happy to go with.He was very friendly to my children and offered them hot chocolate which they enjoyed.I would definitely recommend solly to my family and friends and dreams beds.We left on a happy note with our products

Solly was exceptionally helpful and gave us the right amount of assistance. He also left us alone to discuss our options so that we had space and time to agree on what we wanted. He didn't force a sale on us but was very helpful and because of that we left with what we came for and more.

The Blackburn Store Manager and his assistant Nila were exceptional. To save our disappointment the Manager went to the Preston store on Monday morning and collected our Mattress in person so our Daughter would not be without for more than one night. Exceptional Customer Service that you should be proud of.

The man that helped us at the Blackburn store on Sunday 2nd Feb was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, advised us on different products and their quality and allowed us to try out the bed machine to work out what was the best mattress for my partner and I. Overall a really positive experience.

Sully was very helpful. He explained the dreams measuring bed and the explained all the mattresses.
