Nylah took us through all our options in a professional manner constantly smiling even through my insistence on a discount. If fact she even managed to sell us mattress insurance which i didn't mind because she has such a lovely sales manner - well done

Matthew was very efficient, customer focused, he listened to what we required gave us a couple of options and didn't press us in to making a quick decision. Very clear in what would happen next and friendly with his chat. Offered us a complimentary drink and talked us through everything we'd bought, delivery and customer care package.

staff very helpful to both me and my wife, the ease of finding out which type of bed was quite an enjoyable experience than just trying out different types of hardness to find which is more suitable for our needs, the manger was also very knowledgeable with my wife's back condition which put her mind at ease when selecting our purchase.
