We had a great experience with Inny at the Blackburn store. He was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and took his time with us to show us different mattresses and frames. Making sure we were not pressured into buying anything in particular, so much so we left the shop to ‘think’ and came back an hour later just to order because we were so happy with the service & deal we got.
