I went into the Blackburn store with an 18 month old baby. He wasn't feeling well and was constantly crying. Matthew was amazing he got my little boy a balloon to try and cheer him up and asked how he could help me and my little boy. We ended up leaving the store and coming back half an hour later when he was happier. Matthew and the staff took the time to talk to him and play with him and his balloon which made him so happy. All the staff at Blackburn were fantastic

First I was attended by a young Asian lady (I’m really bad with names so sorry to the young lady) she listened to completely & took on board my worries as I have many issues with my body. Then an older Asian gent came over who is a physio & completely understood why I had my worries. He even knew how I slept which was so surprising. He too accommodated every worry & need I had. Both the young lady & the gent offers me many options so that the decision was completely mine. I cannot say anything better than “Thankyou so so much”. I’ve only had the mattress for one sleep but that sleep was so much batter than the last 3 mattresses I’ve tried.

Sully your colleague from the Dreams in Blackburn, made me feel at home, provided a coffee and gave me a tour of the Magical bed bed that annalises the right mattress for you. He also showed me all the mattresses right for me and helped me decide on a bed frame and also the mattress to go. Best experience ever received whilest buying funature!
