The Guy that we spoke to about buying a new bed was very helpful. Explaining all the different types of mattresses and bases. He let us look around at leisure without be persistent. We was very impressed with the service we received from the very helpful Guy. I have already recommended your company to my friends. Looking forward to receiving our new bed.

I have shopped at Dreams before and found the assistant very helpful and friendly its a nice store very nice and warm, coffee is lovely,

The lady who helped us Nylah was very knowledgable. She showed us all the ottoman products in store. Between her and the manager we got a great deal on a mattress too.

I went into the Blackburn store with an 18 month old baby. He wasn't feeling well and was constantly crying. Matthew was amazing he got my little boy a balloon to try and cheer him up and asked how he could help me and my little boy. We ended up leaving the store and coming back half an hour later when he was happier. Matthew and the staff took the time to talk to him and play with him and his balloon which made him so happy. All the staff at Blackburn were fantastic
