I was greeted politely when entering the store. The assistant Matthew took time to understand my needs and offer advice to assist me in selecting the best item for me. Completing the purchase was also quick and problem free.

Very friendly and relaxed service, allowed to browse at my leisure without the store assistant (Solly) being pushy. Solly was extremely helpful in aiding me to purchase the perfect bed and mattress for me and my partner. I would highly recommend Solly and the Blackburn Dreams store for their excellent customer service

My son was assessed for his mattress requirements and he was shown various options to suit the budget. The availability of stock being on site meant that we only needed to wait 3 days for the delivery to be made .
