We were invited to use your SLEEPMATCH machine . This was useful as we were unsure what type of mattress to purchase. Luckily the store wasn't busy so we were sorted out very quickly. I would think that an appointment would have been useful at weekends

I was greeted politely when entering the store. The assistant Matthew took time to understand my needs and offer advice to assist me in selecting the best item for me. Completing the purchase was also quick and problem free.
