The advisor was very friendly (INNY) HE WAS SO approachable and explained very well amazing advisor help me really really much I really really appreciate it that I approach him i don't think I would've got this kind of customer service if I never got him im glad I got him.

The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgable. We didn't feel rushed into choosing a mattress and had plenty of products to test. We went back to buy at a later date and the sales assistant remembered us and the products we had been looking at.

The sales lady was very knowledgeable about the products and let us take or time on trying different beds abd mattresses there was no pressure to buy and she gave us plenty of time to decide which was bed for us
