We were looked after by Solly at the Blackburn store and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, gave us all the info we needed and was very pleasant throughout - he was a credit to your company and was the main reason we were confident to buy.

The sales lady was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with me and my husband explaining the different beds. He suffers from back pain and she was very patient as he tried a lot of beds before we finally chose. i would give the sales person 10 out of 10.

We were approached by Solly who was more than welcoming with a great ease about him and not pushy. We told him we were on the minutes and needed a bed for our daughter who wasn’t present, I told him exactly what we were looking for and he took over in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Solly made the whole experience straightforward and quick and easy and met all our needs so a massive thankyou to him 👍

On entering the store we were greeted and Solly went over and above to make our visit a pleasant one. The dreams sleep match brought up several suitable mattresses and they were all tried until the one I wanted was selected, a Tempur mattress. The coffee we got was also very good.

After visiting other bed stores I was beginning to lose hope and interest in finding our new bed. However, we made a final trip to dreams and we’re greeted by solly who initially let us know he was there for assistance but we felt no pressure from him. Really knowledgable and felt like he really listened to our requirements. Found the exact bed we wanted and at such a good price in comparison to other quotes wed had. After a previously disastrous visit, we didn’t consider dreams as a store to use. However, we are so glad we gave dreams another chance and are already planning a visit soon to get a new bed for our daughter. Thanks solly 👍🏼

Solly was absolutely fantastic. Extremely professional, brilliant customer service. Not pushy but extremely helpful and understood our budget and health conditions. He spent quality time with us and was really accommodated us in lovely, friendly manner. It was a pleasurable shopping experience and appreciated all the above.
