The service from Solly and Inny was absolutely amazing!! We had our two children with us and after visiting a competitors store and made to feel like our children were a inconvenience visiting your blackburn store was a breath of fresh air both Solly and Inny were friendly and professional and went above and beyond helping us find our right bed definitely a credit to your company

We were met at the door by Matt who did everything he could to make us feel at ease. He was infinitely patient with my husband and I who are both over 80 and gave us bottled water as it was rather warm. His knowledge of the products was excellent and we felt that we have been given all the information we needed to make a wise choice.

As soon as we entered the store a helpful employee (Matt) came to our assistance an kindly gave us a bottle of water each. He then asked us what we were looking for and said the best way was to try out the mattress machine (can't quite remember the name). The mattress we were advised was perfect and exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. We were really impressed with the whole experience.
