Great customer service. Shop assistant greeted us as soon as we walked in, explained how things worked, got us fitted for our perfect mattress showed us our options then left us to it to make our decision.

We needed a mattress urgently and the team member was really helpful gave us lots of options and helped us with loading the mattress. He offered us refreshments. Value for money was also very good. Overall a great experience

Inny was very helpful, assisting me with the bed which detected which mattresses was best for me, and then discussed my options with my which were within price range and also very helpful with the range of items and different options

The gentleman offered assistance when choosing the bed, he had good product knowledge to help choose the mattress, by showing us all the options available. Even when we had purchased the bed and we were looking at the bed he showed us another bed that was the right size. He was very helpful and not pushy at all

I knew what I wanted. Inny the guy who dealt with me was lovely. Ordered frame which was in the sale and can hold and deliver when needed. Goin back to sort out the mattress when needed nearer my moving date. Will find Inny again to deal with me. Thank you

The store was was very quiet- we were the only customers there on a rainy cold Wednesday afternoon The selection & variety of products was good & pricing information clearly displayed
