We had already been to a couple of other stores but were disappointed with the choices. When we entered your store we were greeted with a lovely assistant called Solly. He asked what we were looking for and suggested we use the sleep matters bed to see which mattress would be best for us. He then took us through all the suitable mattresses without feeling any pressure to buy. We were both very impressed with the whole experience.

The sales assistant very knowledgeable about the products, he understood what we where after, he allowed us to try various mattresses with pillows to suit us, to establish what we thought was best for us, he was not pushy, but he was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to come back to dreams in the future when I require a bed or bedding related products, and I would recommend them to family and friends. There was care taken to keep customers and staff stay, hand gel was available to use, we where given mattress and pillow covers to use, which the sales assistant said gets washed after each use.
