They were very friendly and informative regarding the current pandemic and procedures of the store. I work for the NHS and was impressed by your safeguarding at this trying time. I was given the chance to take the mattress assessment which I found amazing and from there was given a great opportunity to buy my new bed and mattress I was offered hospitality in the form of a coffee or tea and whilst purchasing my items I was given a great choice of products to choose from without any pressure Thank you
