the store assistant Solly, was very helpfull ,polite, and very understanding of our needs and what we were looking for. He showed my wife and i, many different types of mattress ,and let us try which ever ones we liked, he was not pushy but listened to our needs and wants, and guided us to his recommendations .He was very good.

Solly was very friendly and really helpful. He found us just what we was looking for. His manners are fantastic and he did all he could to sort us the product we was looking for. He is an asset to your company.

From the moment I walked into your store at Blackburn, I was immediately met by a employee of yours. They were very friendly and informative regarding the current pandemic and procedures of the store. I work for the NHS and was impressed by your safeguarding at this trying time. I was given the chance to take the mattress assessment which I found amazing and from there was given a great opportunity to buy my new bed and mattress I was offered hospitality in the form of a coffee or tea and whilst purchasing my items I was given a great choice of products to choose from without any pressure Thank you
