We very nearly placed an order online but decided at the last minute to visit the store and try out the mattress we had chosen. We’re so glad we did this! After one of the advisors Solly helped us to use the machine to decide which mattress would be best for us we ended up buying something completely different to what we had thought we needed! Solly was very helpful and knowledgeable and made what felt like an odd experience of testing out mattresses very easy and comfortable. Additionally, as an LGBT couple this sort of shopping experience can feel a bit uncomfortable but Solly made us completely at ease.
