I first tried placing my order online but the website wasn’t working and eventually it gave me a number to call. The chap I spoke to was great. He was really efficient and sorted out my requirements and then we had a laugh. My annoyance at time wasted and frustration of the inefficient website was soon replaced by a satisfied shopping experience.

The service by the guy in his own that day was phenomenal. We walked away happy! The store was very clean and full of different mattresses and beds. My highlight was the guy who immediately greeted us as we entered the store, he took care of us from there on. He provided a phenomenal service with such passion and expertise. I didnt expect to walk away having bought a mattress and bed but I did. Considering deliveries arent available until January for most shops, the man found us a slot so soon in a few weeks time and for a super king!

We wasn’t expecting to purchase a bed however when we came into store we was greeted very politely by Matt and made very comfortable, he went through some guidelines due to the current pandemic but that’s expected. we were satisfied how we was fit to be tested for a mattress on the sleep match and impressed how fast the process was also it being a very great experience as we have never done anything like that and then shown some mattresses that fit to the tests results of the sleep match. We was very satisfied at how quick and easy it was to look at a range of beds that could be suitable for us. We was given water and walked through the different types of beds. We was very satisfied how quick the purchase process was and how Matt had explained everything in depth as we are only young and struggle understanding certain things, but Matt assured us and walked us through every step and showed us along the way of what products we are purchasing,We are very excited and satisfied with our purchase thanks to the help of Matt and all the explaining he did in order to help us understand!
