Great service and knowledge of the products were given to me during the initial phone call. A specific date was given for delivery which suited my requirements. The gentlemen arrived with the goods whereby they were built with 15 to 20 minutes. The product is quality along with the service of both the person I spoke to and the guys that erected the bed.

Customer service on the phone excellent. Gentlemen rang me back as promised. Super fast delivery. Delivery on time, very impressed that it was taken to my room and the delivery staff even took their shoes off. Everyone has been polite. My bed is perfect no parts missing down to the last washer. Would definitely buy from dreams again and recommend.
