On arrival to the Blackburn store we were welcomed by store staff and offered hand gel which was great to see. It was recommended that we take part in the mattress test. I wasn't keen on the idea due to the risk of covid transmission however, the store assistance used clean paper towels on the bed which really put me at ease. Matt then discussed our results, he gave us our mattress options and broke down the savings we would make. He was very friendly and gave us time and space to consider our options. We decided to shop around and Matt was great about this (although we had taken up alot of his time) he kindly informed us of the opening and closing times. The next day, we visited a couple of your competitors but we didn't receive the same customer service as we had at Dreams and the stores didn't have the same hygiene methods in place which made me feel uncomfortable to test the mattresses so we decided to go back to Dreams. We spoke with Matt again who remembered us from the previous day and we quickly made the sale. Overall, it was a very safe, friendly and professional experience. I would absolutely recommend this store to family and friends.

Staff very helpful without being overbearing.

Inny (the store assistant at Blackburn) who served us was absolutely amazing. He gave us plenty of time and his knowledge was outstanding. He knew what pillows for us to try and gave us tips on pillow positioning, which was different for me and my husband. So we now have different pillows. So happy with the service we received.

Staff vey friendly and helpful

Matt - the man who processed our order was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He offered us hot drinks and we politely declined but our 4 year old wanted a hot chocolate. I was concerned that it would be too hot for her but one of his colleagues provided her with one anyway - with extra cold water added! She was overjoyed with that!’

Was being looked after by solly in Blackburn very nice and friendly man was very helpful and patient with me has I came into the store a few times before I made up my mind up to which mattress I wanted was not pressured at all he helped me very much🙂
