The whole experience was actually a Dream from viewing the product to the price , a simple phone call to informed helpful staff who left me confident about my purchase 10/10 .. well done making things simple is an art . Even the confirmation delivery email was prompt.

The sale representative who I spoke to at the Bristol branch (Inny) was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted with the products and provided friendly useful advice and support. His cheerful nature and friendly approach was welcoming and likeable. He understood my wants and provided advice to achieve the best bed for my needs. The system was easy to understand and payment was quick. Inny helped me when he became aware of my military background and provided additional support. Thank you.
