Extremely good service by Solly, we were just browsing and found a perfect mattress and bed and arrangements for the delivery since we are buying our first house was super easy and made stress free, very impressed and satisfied.

The salesman was just very helpful and actually came back to the store to our head after a week and he remembered me.

Sully was knowledgeable, helpful and didn’t pressurise us to pick a bed. Gave us time and space for use to pick the mattress that suited our needs. Great customer service.

The employee who helped us, I believe his name was Suleman. He was extremely helpful, was happy to help us and gave us great advice and wasn’t pushing anything on us we didn’t want, excellent service, he deserves a raise!

The person who dealt with my order asked me to give a call for further assistance and guidance as I needed help with some of the items I was buying. He answered my call straight away and told me about the product which I was wanting to buy and everything I questioned he answered thoroughly. I was very surprised and happy to the customer service which I received. We have been buying from dreams over lots of years now and it’s our first stop shop to buy our beds from! Thank you so much!

Im so glad t have dealt with Dreams they are so approachable very the chat option its amazing and so easy to place the order. the delivery slot was offered even earlier than i expected but they let me book my own convenient slot. they have promised to deliver my bed and bring it over upstairs in my flat. looking forward to an amazing bed hopefully. s far very happy with their service, will rate the product as well as son as i get it.
