I am returning to the country during COVID and I needed to place an order for a bed but was unable to make the purchase online as my UK bank card had expired and the only way to pay was by online transfer. I also had a specific delivery date for both products as their delivery will precede mine. Inny stepped up to the plate and made everything possible for me in a very proficient manner. I would not have managed to do this without her expert assistance and her kindness and understanding with my predicament. She absolutely went the extra mile for me and I’m truly grateful
