We were greeted upon entering the store by Solly, who was kind, friendly and professional. We recognised Solly from a previous visit we'd made to the store around 2 - 3 years ago, where Solly had previously assisted us with a mattress purchase. It was wonderful to be assisted by Solly once again as he had made such a striking impression on us last time. His approach is absolutely wonderful, he is professional and friendly, giving us plenty of space and time to discuss and decide upon a purchase. We were given hot chocolates which was a lovely treat, we undertook the Sleep Station diagnostic test and Solly showed us a variety of mattresses and bed frames that matched our requirements. His knowledge is exemplary and we felt very reassured and confident with his recommendations. Additionally, Solly was amazing at making sure we got the best possible deal. The purchase process was quick and easy and once again Solly was able to give us excellent advice. Other Dreams colleagues who were around also chatted to us in a very friendly way and shared their own experiences of the mattresses they have at home, which we loved. Massive thank you to Solly and the rest of the Dreams team!

The sales associate was super informative and could not do enough for us, he went above and beyond to understand our needs and did a wonderful job of upselling! I went in for a mattress and left with 2 mattresses and a bed frame! He broke down each price on the system so that we could understand it, offered us hot beverages and took the time to offer alternative items to make sure we were truly happy with our choices! He worked out the best deals, to benefit our budgets! I would happily recommend dreams and specifically the sales associate (I wish I had his name) he could not have been more accommodating!

Went into dreams store on Sunday 9th Jan to have a look. A lovely lady greeted us then let us have a look around, kept checking in to ensure we found what we was looking for and answered any questions. Later that day we went back to dreams as we had made our decision and couldn’t leave our bed! This time we was looked after by a gent named Solly he had good product knowledge and answered any more questions which we had. Ensured we was sure with the mattress choice and nothing seemed too much hassle for him. Absolute lovely customer service from both the people we dealt and spoke to.

Sales assistant Craig and the blackburn branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in taking us through our options in finding the right bed.
