The store assistant was really helpful .He explained everything we asked.

Upon entering the store, we was greeted by a friendly staff member named Solly, he asked us what we were looking for and how firm we liked the mattress. He showed us the perfect mattress. He worked around our budget and was very very friendly. He made the visit a very pleasant experience. We chose 2 mattresses and the purchasing process was made very simple. Was offered drinks and also provided all the information about warranty & any key information we required. Overall a 10/10 service for Sully.

I came in adamant I needed a soft mattress but after taking the bed test I was matched with 8 medium to medium/firm mattresses to try, I knew after the first one it was perfect but the manager told me not to rush and to try the others to compare, he was great and after trying the pillows he’d given us to try we bought them straight away as well as the first mattress, very impressed with his knowledge and the fast delivery

It was the lady who helped, she asked questions and used to answers to match us to the right bed. After visiting 5 different bed stores, she was by far the most helpful and friendly.

We were welcomed into the store straight away and asked if we needed assistance. Our needs were listened too and the assistant stayed with us throughout our visit.

Before our visit we were unsure about which beds would be best be suited to us. When we visited dreams the assistant Soly was so friendly and approachable, he explained all our options in great detail and was more than happy to answer all our questions. He showed us around some fantastic products until we found the bed that was right for us. The transaction was so easy and stress free. I would highly recommend dreams Blackburn to all my relatives and friends.
