He let us have some space while we discussed the purchase between ourselves. He was such a friendly man which made us at ease & happily purchased a new mattress & bed. Lovely man & would reccommend to any friend or family. A pleasure to do business with him.

From the minute we stepped into the shop to the time we completed our purchase, my husband and I have received a very warm welcome and a fantastic assistance leading to the choice of the selected products. We did not know what to expect when coming to the shop and needed guidance in buying good products for our new bedroom, but also fitting to our needs. The advice received made us feel so confident that we felt very well looked after, as well as the flexibility we requested in regard with the delivery arrangements. Sunny at the Blackburn store was very helpful and took us through the journey from start to finish. Very attentive but gave us time to assess on our own and not pushy.

Matt who dealt with us was great. He listened and fully understood our needs and explored every sleep options for both myself and wife. He took all the time required to answer our questions according to our individual needs. You had a good varied choice in store so we could experience all that the computer system suggested so we felt we came away with the most suitable mattress for our needs and a great first bed for our 6 year old who’s looking forward to his hiding hole as much as his new bed.
