We were greeted as we entered the store. The salesman offered expert advice to help us choose our product. He responded to our questions and requests. He did not try and force a particular product on us. He allowed us time to discuss the products while he retired out of earshot. He continued to help and advise us even after we had purchased our product.

We visited Dreams in Blackburn (Peel retail park). We were assisted by Matt who was brilliant, he explained everything fully and was friendly and professional. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all and felt that he gave us lots of time to make a decision. As customers we felt really looked after and valued. Positive experience thank you.
