we intended shopping around and dreams was our first port of call,we had a price in mind and after speaking to the assisstant we found the perfect bed and mattress which was happilly under our budget, we were very pleased with the whole experiance, thankyou for your service, we will be recomending you when our friends or family want a new bed.

The 2 staff members who helped us in store were very friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much for them

The staff are polite friendly and very helpful everything was explained clearly to me and my daughter tea coffee water hot chocolate was offered and social distancing was maintained all the time. The staff wasn't pushy and we was able to look around the store with ease. I will recommend the blackburn store and would buy from this store again.

Right where do I start... firstly I was very impressed on how quick the assistant (Solly) came over to us as soon as we entered he then showed us around and got us the perfect mattress we were in need of. It was a no rush service and never have I ever been given customer service like this in any other store. I would highly recommend dreams to family and friends especially the assistant Solly.

I would just like to say Solly at dreams in Blackburn is one of the kindest and least pushy salesman we have ever come across fantastic greeting upon arrival even made us a hot chocolate, made us feel really welcome and didn't try selling us the more expensive beds or mattresses he found thr right one for us I can definitely say we will be back and hopefully he's still working there!

When I arrived at the Blackburn shop the your member of staff was very attentive and helpful, after using the "Sleepmatch" machine, she was able to help with the selection of the right bed and mattress for me to have. I was extremely pleased with my purchase from you.
