Staff was great, understood really well what I was looking for, however they was a little pushy

WE have not yet received the item

I felt like I was rushed a little bit to complete my order and time was taken to go through things properly. I also visited with my mum and when she asked questions about the product , i felt like she was made to feel like she was asking too much.

Staff lovely but slow at using computer.

We were mostly highly satisfied, we had side pillows to try the beds which my husband thought should have been 'thrown in' given the price of the mattress.

For this time of year, your delivery times are too long - should be 50% faster!!

No matter where you shop there is always room for improvement

I wanted (and purchased) a metal bedframe. However there was literally only 1 design in store. The lovely Sully showed me the range online, but this is something I want to see before purchasing.

Presentation was good but we were only offered the more expensive items

I would have preferred more discount for spending such a huge amount, and delivery is 2 weeks away.
