The service was good, but it is what I would expect - I don’t feel it went ‘above and beyond’. On the whole, yes I am happy with the service. But I don’t feel it differentiate itself if I was to walk in to any other furniture store. Simply - ‘it did the job’

The staff were superb and there was an offer on the purchase we made so were happy with the quality of the beds for the price. The issue was that on the day I placed a deposit both beds were ready for delivery within 4-5 days. By the next day when I went back to sort the credit agreement the delivery had moved on by three weeks which I didn’t find out until I’d agreed the credit. I’ve now managed to get one bed delivered earlier but still have to wait for the other bed. Again nothing on the staff they were brilliant

Although the bed was discounted slightly, the sale prices are still inline to what they are in other stores.
