Store manager was very welcoming and knowledgeable

Staff members called Aiden and Matt were brilliant. I was going from dreams to benson beds and I liked to two beds similar prices however dreams customer service sold it to me hence placed my order... well done to the Blackburn team... by family members enjoyed the cup of tea and hot chocolate too...

The store was quiet when we came and the staff seemed pleased to see us. They were very friendly and efficient and made us a cup of tea while we waited for our purchase to be delivered from the stores.

Attentive service

On entering the store the sales assistant Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We were offered coffe (which was very tasty) and given advice and time to try out and browse the beds available. We felt comfortable and felt the manager of the store and the assistants gave us good advice and time to make our choice. The store was clean and customer friendly.

From behind to end the colleagues were helpful informative and patient whilst I was making my decision.

Excellent all round experience for our first ever visit to a Dreams store.

When my wife and went in store, we had to take our 2 children (less than 10 yr. old)with us, but there wasn't any activities or other things to keep them entertained/busy whilst we were in the process of choosing our ideal product and ordering at the salesman's desk.
