Knowledgeable and friendly staff and excellent coffee

nice friendly service no problems would return again in fact the last mattress we bought was from dreams 10 years ago .

Offered a drink when we went into the store. Given plenty of time to look around and test items. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. We did not feel rushed to buy an item.

It was Howard at the peel park show room that we dealt with he was very nice and informative. Great sales assistant

Jonathan gave his upmost attention during our visit and was extremely helpful been to other stores and did not receive the same treatment there. He gave up his time to find out the answers to the questions we had nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were polite, happy and chatty.

Staff were welcoming, store manager Adrian was incredibly helpful and gave us perfect answers for our questions. Credit application was simple enough, and general assurance was good. Products gave good variety and difference.

on entering the store we were greeted by a very friendly young man named mathew he offered us tea or coffee and listened while we told him our needs in the mattress we required he was very efficient and knowledgeable of all the products we we were very satisfied with the service he gave i must apologise as i phoned mathew when i returned home thinking he had not taken our discount off but he explained it to me and i realised my mistake thank you mathew
