Today was my second visit to your Blackburn store this week in my search for a new bed. Both Jonathan Bond and the store manager - Aiden were very helpful. I particularly liked the fact that once they had answered any questions and assisted with what I required, they left me to try the beds out in my own time (ie no pressure selling). Johnathan also brought across to me several pillows to also try, once he had left me to try them out on the beds, he said to call him over if I needed any further assistance. Any questions asked where politely answered, and the service was carried out very friendly and with a smile. The coffee was lovely...

We were greeted as soon as we came into the store, asked what it was we were actually looking for, and the assistant Vinny explained what mattresses we should be looking for and left us to browse, when we were ready to purchase he was there and dealt with us very efficiently and explained everything as we went through the ordering process

The colleagues in store were fantastic! Aiden the store manager was brilliant. We spend a lot of our time speaking to him and he assisted us is every way that he could. We were offered a brew on arrival and we made ourselves at home testing out one of the mattresses as we drank it. We purchased our goods on our second visit to the store as we couldnt make our minds up and Jonathon provided us with a lot of information on the first visit so it was only fair that he got the sale on this occasion. The whole experience was exceptional and when our kid is old enough we will definitely be going back to purchase his first bed.

Good range of beds, good staff, although the term 'SALE' wasn't really accurate in this instance!

Explained the colour coding on the beds making it very clear the differences firm or soft etc explained the delivery and returns policy and recycling our old mattress

I was met very quickly by Howard while trying out the Tempur mattress I had chosen after doing much research. I asked about the Tempur pillow and Howard produced one for me to try out; bliss. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Tempur system and, after I expressed some uncertainty about the one I had tried - the Contour, persuaded me to try the Sensation and then the Hybrid. I'm so glad he did as I had dismissed the Hybrid while doing my research but I bowed to his superior knowledge and gave it a try - with my pillow. It was so comfortable and we had a serious and technical conversation about the innards. So I chose the Hybrid. He also pointed out the disadvantages of the 'Bed in a box' system which I had considered a while ago but dismissed. I'm so glad I called into the store.
