From walking into the store, to leaving with my purchase, the shopping experience was excellent. The store assistants were polite, friendly, without being over bearing, knowledgable and very helpful.

Greeted warmly on arival, whilst placing the order I was offered a complimentary drink. Beth didn't mine that i kept trying the different matresses several times before finally making my mine up! Beth seemed to have great product knoledge and was happy to help even throwing in a complimentary pillow!!

Staff were friendly and very helpful, I was made to feel like a valued customer. This was my second purchase in 12 months and the staff remembered me.

Jonathan the assistant was very good at helping our individual needs, giving us lots of options, letting us try the mattresses and pillows. Jonathan was very friendly, accomendating, knowledgable and had excellent customer service. Jonathan gave us time on our own to decide what we would like, he didn’t pressure us into making a decision.
