Staff were very attentive but not over burdening They knew their product and assisted us when we required it We were offered drinks on arrival and during purchasing

We were greeted by a Howard, offered a drink and he was very helpful. In fact, Howard went out of his way to find us what we wanted at the price we wanted to spend. There was no need to go anywhere else.

From entering the store we were greeted by the Dreams Colleague (Howard) who asked us if we needed any assistance. We said that we would like some time to have a look at what the store had to offer. After around 5-7 minutes later Howard saw that we were looking at a 'bed' we were interested in buy and we asked for his advise. He was very thorough with the advise he gave us not only on the bed were interested in but offered advise on other beds within the store. He seemed very experienced in the knowledge of the stock, and we felt confident in the product we have bought.

Full information given on complete beds and mattresses including springs, materials, make-up, delivery times etc. Sales-man allowed us to test various beds. Excellent service from sales man Howard.

I had just been to Benson for Beds, who had given me a price for a bed and then kept adding more on for essential extras, like bed stead and delivery. They were pleasant but uninterested. As soon as I walked in to Dreams, Aiden met me smiling and helpful but with no pushy ways. He seemed totally trustworthy and made everything simple and straightforward.

We had just visited Benson for Beds on the same retail park and the service was appalling. They had not time , the lady was disinterested and put her coat on to go home. On entering your shop, the gentleman stopped what he was doing, vacuuming, came over and asked if we needed help. I tasked him with many questions and he was excellent and gave choices and expert advice. He gave me time to think, offered me a coffee and a pillow! I felt very comfortable in the store. Even my son said what a very helpful man he was.- Howard was his name.

Friendly helpful staff - i was even offered a coffee or drink upon my arrival, i wasn't hassled or anything either which made the experience more enjoyable...hence the purchase

When I entered the store the assistant was there right away i asked what I wanted and bang here you are sir last in the shop got a great discount on the bed took it there and then plenty of help to get it in the car got pillows a sheet and pillows cases all in great saveing on the lot thank you very much.

They helped me slide most of the bed into the car and the bit what was sticking out they covered it all with some sheeting which deserves 10/10 very helpful all the way. Well done.

The customer service was excellent and the sales adviser was very knowledgeable about the products that suited our needs. I price and sale was completed in a very professional manner.
