Excellent service and help but not pushy

Nylah understood our needs and showed us lots of variations and explained the difference

Howard looked after us. He had a lot of knowledge and was extremely patient and did not rush us and told us to take our time and when we needed any help to Just ask which we did. Howard also made us a coffee which was appreciated.

We paid 3 consecutive visits to the store to make decisions over two beds for our children - Bethany was present on each visit, greeted us on the first day and then by name on the following visits, offering us a drink each time. she spent considerable time and effort explaining things to us and listening to what each of the children wanted. Very impressed with her level of service

As soon as i walked in i was greeted by a member of staff, they were very attentive, asked a variety of questions and offered me a drink. Even the manager took the time to come over to ensure everything was going well. I wasn't pushed or rushed into any choices, I felt very comfortable trying the beds and talking about the differences of what was available in my price range. Commendations to Jonathan, he was patient and was a great help

i didnt feel pressurised to buy and was treated with courtessy the sales person was very hepfull and knowledgeable about your products

Matt at Whitebirk in Blackburn was excellent as were the other gentlemen who served us. They offered us hot drinks and were very good with the children

Brilliant service walked in store was left to browse the beds without being pestered and then when I need some help the staff we a on hand and friendly, explained I had a bad back and was recommended the right mattress for us and was also told that it had 40 day comfort g/tee, left store to look else where and came back 30 mins later to purchase was offered a cup of coffee whilst the paper was completed can service would use again

When i walked into the blackburn store i was greeted by Aiden, a very friendly store manager who wasted no time in offering us a cuppa and making is feel at home. The store was very clean and we were left alone to browse at our leisure, which was brilliant as we don't like to be pushed into a decision. Once we chose our bed Aiden came over and shared some knowlege with us about the matress using a small model. I was astonished with the amount of springs ! We also bought 2 tempur cloud pillows, Aiden had recommended them for my bad neck and i agreed the price was worth a good nights sleep. Aiden also showed us some bedroom furniture, my wife fell in love with it, we will be back soon for another amazing experience ! 10 out of 10 on all fronts.
