Having visited several Dreams stores the Blackburn store and manager Aiden provided us with exceptional service and support above and beyond what we have received in any other Dreams store. The product knowledge was great and the staff’s willingness to help and answer any questions was fantastic. This visit has certainly proved that this store is the one to visit in the Lancashire area.

The staff were very helpful not over the top in their approach gave all the answers to the queries and extremely polite in fact a very good retail experience and that's from someone that hates shopping a experience that I would recommend to all of my friends and family

Fantastic service from start to finish. My little boy needed to use the toilet and they showed me the colleague toilets for him to use which enabled us to stay in the store and shop

From start to finish the assistance my wife and I received was first class. Unfortunately for the team in our local Blackburn store, they had their work cut out for them as I am a rather “particular” customer. But they rose to the challenge and catered for my every need. Moving mattresses around the store so we could try them on a range of bases. We knew we wanted a Tempur mattress but because of the price we needed to be definite in our minds before we committed. The trials took place over 2 days as we could not decide on the first day, but regardless the team still gave it their all to assist us in making the right choice. A very special thank you must be given to Nylah for her patients and assistance during this process. Finally, thank you to Aidan, the store manager who provided us with a great deal on our purchase and honoured the Defence Discount for members and veterans of Britain’s Armed Forces. Thank you very much, here’s to a happy 10 years worth of great sleeps.

We were greeted at the door asked our interest then directed to the specific area required. We were offered a drink and given advice on the options available, at no time were we pressured or rushed. we have used this store twice before and have always been impressed by the service.

The assistant who helped us was extremely helpful and polite. He had a good knowledge of the products and was able to advise us on the right bed for our needs.

Overall great price and customer service

Staff were friendly, we were offered a drink and we didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying.
