Bought a bed from your self about 2 months ago had to change delivery due to delay in house hold nothing was to much trouble, you told my husband about the tempur pillows and planted the seed low and behold he was back to buy it

Attentive staff. Available beds to test

The team member who helped me in the Blackburn store was great, he approached me and greeted me into store then took time to understand what I needed. He did not come across as pushy at all which would have put me off. There was also another team member in store who helped us with finding the price and delivery times. I thought together they provided a friendly and efficient service.

Matt was very welcoming from the outset. This welcome was in stark contrast to a competitor next door who we found rude. Matt took his time to understand our requirements and apologised for the delay in arrival of the bed and was able to give a plausible explanation. At check out I was unable to confirm mattress size and although Matt had started to process the sale, was patient and suggested we call back by phone. To compensate for some disappointment in the wait for delivery, Matt gave us free pillows. Whilst I am not so naive to think these are completely free, but rather built into prices, it was nevertheless a gesture. We hope the quality of the bed will be as equally as satisfying as the service in Dreams. I have to say that the sales man who served me today, (I had to go back and collect the pillows), he too greeted me with a smile. Staff seem genuinly happy to serve. Thanks

Friendly staff and a good deal all round

Matt at your blackburn store knew everything about what we needed to know. He was friendly and we went back to buy a bed because of his help when we were first looking.
