We were only planning on 'Window shopping' but the staff were very knowledgeable about back pain and the products suitable. Staff were friendly but not pushy and we ended up ordering a new bed and mattress.

Friendly and helpful staff even made coffee for me during purchase. Five star all the way. Thank you Inny.

Inny, the store manager was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. He's a credit to the store.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. We were offered drinks and as much time to try out the mattresses we liked. Not pushy just plain talk about the offers available and finance terms. We bought a couple of extra things because of the great price.

We were lucky to have chosen a quiet time in the store so we had immediate attention from the salesman and he was very patient and helpful. Nothing we asked was too much trouble for him so we were very satisfied to order a new bed.
