We were approached by a sales assistant as soon as we walked in who was very helpful. No pushy sales techniques just very helpful. We knew what we wanted and had an idea of what we wanted to spend and we were listened to. All staff were pleasant and professional. Overall a nice experience in the store

This was our second visit to Dreams. The mattress we bought on our first visit developed a manufacturers fault (poor stitching) so we went back to the store today and we have ordered another mattress with the same manufacturer as the first one. We were very pleased with the service provided by the Dream's Colleague at Blackburn Store (Aiden) He was pleasant and dealt with our query in a professional and courtious manner. I would consider him an asset to any company who employs him.
