Upon entering the store we were welcomed in by a very friendly advisor (Matt). He allowed us to peruse at our own leisure whilst offering tea/coffee which were duly made. I was impressed as we had not given any inkling that we were buying or had any discussions at that point - so that was very good. Buying bed 'etiquette' is something I know little about but I was welcomed to try the beds at my leisure, again this was good as I was put at ease when trying the beds. When discussing our needs Matt referred us to his colleague Imy due to his expertise in lower back and neck pains. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the Dream products and his frank assessment and recommendations were invaluable. I particularly appreciated the time that was afforded to us despite other customers being in the store. In the past other advisors have walked away and all these factors contributed to us buying a bed/mattress and 4 pillows when we had no intention on buying at the time of entering the store. So far I have been very happy with the service that has been delivered and I hope Dreams' after service will be equally as good.
