The store manager was not pushy, very helpful also asked a member of staff to make us a coffee and encouraged us to look at alternatives with guidance really good!

Good choice of beds and mattresses. Staff where friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the bed we wanted to buy. No pressure selling, which I can't stand. Overall a comfortable experience.

I went in the week before any Nylah in your blackburn store was excellent, great with our children, made us a coffee and was exceptionally helpful. We had to measure up but when I came back the weekend after I made sure I found her.

On first arrival, Matt was very friendly. He offered us a drink and proceeded to continue to assist us in a fantastic and pleasent manor. Nothing was to much trouble. He answered all of our questions, going to and through to find the answer to the questions we asked. He was very cheerful and made you feel comfortable and welcome in the store. Matt went beyond our expectations with the service he delivered. To which is very hard to find these days. He his a credit to your company. Thank you Matt
