Friendly, polite, non-pushy sales advice from Jonathan. We left with what we wanted having paid less than we expected.

Exceptionally helpful staff; giving us lots of information on various tempur mattresses; as much time as we needed to make our decision, Solly was our main helper and was really courteous throughout even making us drinks whilst completing our order

There was plenty of choice and assistance from staff, enabling me to make the right decision. Staff were friendly and I was offered refreshments several times. Ordering was entirely straightforward. Delivery time was surprisingly good, given that other stores were only promising delivery before Christmas (it was 20 October) and I was offered a date within less than 2 weeks, maybe even a week. As it turned out I got exactly the date I wanted that fitted in with other plans. There was also a 20% discount on offer, which was great.

If it had not been Sully who attended us, no disrespect to the other staff we would have walked out before the deal was done. A very honest knowledgeable and helpful salesman. No I am not related to or in any way connected to him.

We were greeted by Matthew at the Blackburn Store who listened carefully to my sometimes difficult and specific questions. I was impressed with his responses and attitude. Items were sensibly priced and varied. We were offered a coffee and felt not only that our needs were met, but more than exceeded. A lovely store with quality items.
