Working in as a consultant in the automotive sector I see many varying levels in the delivery of a customer experience and the level delivered surpasses anything I have experienced. He was a genuine credit to you. To top it off, my partner had one of the best nights sleep she has had in year, purely down to the pillow recommendations provided.

Nylah was very helpful, very informative of the various items we were interested in and very pleasant to deal with After giving us all the information she left us to try the various products again and come to a decision without pressurising us to make our choice. Should we come back to this store in the future we would ask for her by name. She is a credit to Dreams.
