Nylah the salesperson at your Blackburn Store was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about your products. She offered us plenty of products to choose from with good advice but wasn’t pushy and was very pleasant making the sales process very easy. Could only give her ten out ten.

The Dreams representative was highly attentive, and took time to understand my needs, and explain the different products on offer.

The adviser sulaiman was amazing and spent alot of time with us trying to choose the perfect mattress

Visited Blackburn store was dealt with by staff member Suleman. Very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, catered for our needs got us to do the sleep test to ensure we got the correct mattress. Give us time and space whilst we tested the mattress and made our decision. Not a pushy salesman I hate them lol. Suleman keep up the good and honest work.

The professionalism, friendliness and attitude of the salesman (Solly) were all top rate. He did not press us into selecting a particular product or more expensive product and allowed us to take our time to select the item that was right for us
