The salesman went out of his way to help us achieve what we could afford he was excellent very helpful but not pushy.

Excellent service from Matt at Blackburn DREAMS. The mattress arrived and we then discovered a problem.The mattress we had chosen was so heavy it was extremely difficult to actually make up the bed. We immediately advised Matt and he arranged for us to come in on Boxing Day to check other mattresses and he then arranged collection of the first and delivery of the lighter mattress which happened yesterday. We are delighted with the new one and our whole experience was great, efficient and professional!!

I was only looking at the time but the assistants were not too intrusive but found out what I was looking for and set out to fit something to my exact requirements. They were helpful with suggestions and exceeded my expectations in the end with price. Nothing seemed like too much trouble it was refreshing and I wasn’t spending a fortune which adds to the value of customer service experience

The sales person was so lucky Nd and respectful towards my 88 year old mum. She had been feeling a bit nervous about going. She was immediately put at ease

Lovely experience.The sales representative Solly was excellent. He helped us choose the right bed for our son. We were offered a coffee while we were there which was nice too.

The staff were incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable. The store is well laid out and I found it easy to manoeuvre around, although this may have been more difficult if I was in need of my wheelchair at this time. Both myself and my mother, who was with me, were even offered a hot drink, which was a pleasant surprise. Whilst talking to the staff they allowed me to try several mattresses to aquaint myself with how they may feel to sleep on, and I had it explained that there is a possibility of trying the mattress for a period, and exchanging it for my other possible choice if it does not meet my requirements.

Had a pleasant experience. All of the staff were extremely polite, cheerful and could not do enough. We were offered refreshments whilst in store, which was a lovely personal touch. Never experienced this before in a furniture store. Great customer service by all. Thank you

We were planning to go on to another store after we had been to Dreams, but we were so satisfied with every aspect that we did not visit the 2nd store. The manager was so helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. He was extremely patient and answered all our questions with expert knowledge. It was a big surprise to me and my husband that we placed our order at this our first store. And the coffee was excellent!!!
