Good customer service from start to finish

The sales assistant danielle was very helpful with going through different options for beds, we also had 2 very hyper children which she was very relaxed and helped with them. Going through the order was easy and quick with no issues

The manager in this store at Dream was brilliant, he showed us what we were looking for without pestering and got us a very good quality bed and mattress for a good deal. Would 100% recommend.

Solly was very helpful and came over very soon once we entered the store. He was very knowledgable about all the products which put us at ease and left us feeling very confident and satisfied we had made the best decision on what mattress suited us. The store was clean. Coffee was lovely. Our six month old baby even had a roll around on a bed to test it! All around we left the store very happy. Thank you.
