The staff were very welcoming from the outset and assisted me in finding the most suitable products for my needs.

Very efficient staff who were very knowledgeable about the item i was looking for. Welcoming and friendly . My toddler was even given a balloon (nice touch)

I was greeted at the door with a nice welcome, I was asked if I wanted any help at all which was perfect as I had no idea what I was looking for. I was then shown several beds according to my requirements and within minutes I had chosen what a wanted.

Soon as we walked in the lovely sales lady approached us and guided us to buying the best matteress suited for us. She was polite ,friendly and also very professional. A credit to the company. She will do well.

we were looked after with Mathew, couldn,t have done enough for us ,we got the sofa bed we wanted was very pleased with DREAMS staff and beds,will be shopping again in this store would recommend it to anyone.

Nice smiles was offered coffee but declined, very helpful with husband and his wheelchair. Will defiantly go back again

When entering the store we were greeted by a man named Matthew who asked us questions regarding our requirements and suggested the type of mattress to try. We were offered a hot drink which we gladly accepted! After choosing our favourite mattress he swiftly went through the order proccess and we were done in no time. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a mattress last year, the service was impeccable so I returned for another purchase this year. Once again the service and products were completely to a high standard, Freindly staff and brilliant aftercare. I would always recommend Dreams to friends and family.
