Incorrect mattress ordered, I rang through 10mins after leaving the store and in less than 5mins I had received a Telephone call to apologise and a new order with the correct mattress, excellent service by Nylah and the store manager.

Me and my partner visited the dreams store in Blackburn. Alden and sully was very friendly and offered us drinks straight away and took their time to invest what sort of bed we was looking for with it being mine and Aaron’s first home. He showed us the new machine which tells you which sort of mattress is right for us and straight away they both knew what they was doing. Being honest we only went in to have a look and we ended up spending just over an hour in there and bought a bed ready for our move in date as the service that was amazing Thankyou

Was given the information on mattresses right away didn't feel pressured and everything was explained clearly got just what I wanted without feeling pressured very warm and welcoming service

I was served by a very friendly lady name Nylah, she helped us choose a mattress we would like and assured it by her product knowledge, we got to test the mattress and she even made us a brew, glad we chose to shops at Dreams, just waiting on delivery which will be next week.

We were looking to replace our 10 year old mattress. I had done some research on the Dreams website and had an idea of the type of mattress we were looking for and our spending limits! We were greeted by Suleman as soon as we entered the shop. He had a warm smile and was very welcoming. He announced he just wanted to let us know about the zones within the shop and would leave us to browse, however we asked for his help as we probably needed it! He asked the right questions (about the mattress we currently had, the bed base, the size and what we were now looking for) Once established, he showed us 3 different products and explained how each one could benefit us (we do suffer from occassional back ache and uncomfortable and disturbed sleep). We explained our spend limits and were guided to a couple of products within our price range. We selected a pocket sprung with memory foam - the best of both worlds for us. The list price was above our limit, however there was one in store stock and Suleman gave us an excellent discount giving us an excellent, comfortable product at a price we could afford. Payment was quick and easy and we were delighted with the free pillows and duvet.

Suleman was incredibly helpful and assisted us in every possible way. I had already seen the bed that I ended up buying online and saw it again in store, with this in mind he took the time out to show me the finer details of the bed and gave me a full demonstration on how to operate it (ottoman bed). He also showed me a range of different ottoman beds to see which I preferred but understood I liked the original one and placed no pressure on me to buy a more expensive one as well as working within my price range. His product knowledge was excellent and he couldn't have been more helpful.

Solly who served me at the Blackburn store was excellent. I couldn't fault the service I received.

Friendly customer service from entering the store, very welcoming, patient, offered plenty of warm drinks, not faults at all.
